We are so excited to welcome you as a vendor at our first annual Family Fall Festival at Seamark Ranch!

All booths will be on grass/dirt and will NOT have access to power. All food trucks/trailers will be required to pass an inspection by the Clay County Fire Marshall the day of the event prior to preparing and selling food.
All proceeds from the sale of vendor booths and food truck spots go directly to Seamark Ranch and helps us further our mission of providing stability, education and a nurturing family environment to the children we serve.
- Vendors will be able to access the ranch as early as 8:45am to set up.
- All vehicles must be moved away from the market area and parked (in close-by designated parking area) no later than 10:45am.
- No vehicles will be authorized to enter the market area after 10:15am. If you arrive after 10:15 am you will be directed to park in the general parking area and will have to transport your items to the market area.
- Vendors should be set up and ready to sell no later than 10:50am.
- Gates open for spectators at 11:00am.
- Due to proximity of the market area to the festival activities, absolutely no vehicles will be permitted to enter or leave the market area between 10:45am and 4:30pm, unless otherwise authorized by event staff.
We have 40 total 10 foot x 10 foot vendor spaces and 6 Food Truck/Trailer spots available:
10' x 10' Vendor Booth - $75 - these booths will be uncovered, on dirt/grass and will NOT have access to power. Please feel free to bring your town 10'x10' tent/covering for your area. If you require a trailer within your area please let us know so that we can plan accordingly.
Food Truck/Trailer - $100 - all food trucks will be required to pass an inspection by the Clay County Fire Marshall the day of the event before being able to prepare food on the premisis.

Seamark Ranch is a faith-based Non-Profit organization and as such requests that no items with drug, alcohol or tobacco references or paraphernalia or adult humor be displayed or sold at this event. Likewise, we ask that no tobacco or alcohol be brought onto the campus.
Pets are NOT permitted on campus.
